No Hinge - door has a tongue and a flush latch to be added next.

Notches will hold canopy open at different angles.

Bracket mock-up to replace gas shocks.

Working on canopy fit, again.

Glassed custom fuel neck (6 layers of BID).

Fuselage Wiring

Pilot side baggage has antenna's and SP4-2

Center baggage to have intercom wires to headset jacks.

Intercom wires coming up thru center console.

Right console has battery power cables,

nav lights, strobe power and back-up battery wires.

Back of header tank has the brake fluid reservoir,

MGL EFIS back-up battery and electronics for header tank fuel level.

The wiring has begun!

A stiffner for the panel around the leg area.
A stiffner for the top of the panel.

I put the transponder in place and moved the

chart box to back of panel to hide the flange.
A possible location for a couple of components.

Clearance in the back of 1.5"
Flange is still too large.

Chart box off of mold.

Foam mold for chart box.

Panel is looking good!

Panel is ready to be wired.
Spinner is done.

Final trim then it will be complete.
